Bio: I am a certified healing foods chef, holistic nutritional consultant, certified yoga teacher, blogger and writer. My goal is to inform you about nutrient dense foods to include in your daily diet, teach you how to shop for and prepare these foods and if time is a factor, I can prepare the foods for you.
